- Steps to make it –
- Boil the potatoes & make mash potato out of it with curry powder added.
- Roast cauliflower with curry powder flavored to it. Sauté spinach & boiled
- Chickpeas in olive oil. Heat up the tortilla & spread the curried mash potato on it.
- Add the filling to the tortilla which is cauliflower, spinach, pickled onion & tofu.
- Roll the tortilla like a kathi & serve hot with mint chutney & lemon wedges. Ready to serve.
