Kadhai Matar Paneer under 10 minutes

Steps to make it –

- Take a pan and heat the oil into it then add Cumin seeds & Bayleaf.
- After thus add chooped onion and salt into it.(make it golden brown)
- Now,add you ginger garlic paste and make it light brown.
- Gas on medium flame and add Turmeric powder/Redchilly powder and Garam Masala into it.
- Add some water,cook it for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add Kadhai Masala and cook it for 2 to 4 minutes by adding half cup of water.
- Add chopped tomatoes into the Masala and cook them for 6 minutes.
- Add green peas and fry them in Masala for a while.Then,add Paneer cubes.
- After that add MILK in your recipe instead of Water & cook it well.
- After 5 minutes add Malai & cream mixture in it.

Serve it well and garnish with chopped Coriandar and fresh cream.
