Gluten-free Masoor dal cutlets in 3 easy steps
Whole red Lentil cutlets/Masoor dal kaebab are very delicious, low-fat
and easy to make starter/appetizer.

Ingredients required
Lentils Soaked | 250 gms |
Paneer Grated | 1 cup |
Sliced Onions | 2 pcs |
Ginger chopped | 1 piece |
Garlic chopped | 5-6 cloves |
Red Chilly Powder | 1 tsp |
Garam Masala Powder | 1/2 tsp |
BreadCrumbs | 1 Cup |
Coriander Leaves | 1/4th medium bunch |
Oil/Ghee to fry | |
Salt to taste |

Mix well and shape into cutlets. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets
till crisp. Drain onto an absorbent paper. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
